Hero Zippers was incorporated in 1997 to manufacture zippers and formed the following subsidiaries to serve the apparel industry better

Hero Zippers Lanka (Pvt) Ltd
Established with the approval of the Export Development Board in 1997.
05 May 2005
Hero Zipper Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd
Established with the approval of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka in 2005.
17 Aug 2006
Hero Zipper International (Pvt) Ltd
Established with the approval of the “300 Gamata Karmantha Project” in 2006.
